The Role
We're seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Growth Product Manager to own the critical funnels and growth loops in our product.We believe in product-led growth, driven by the power of generative AI models. We have a freemium approach where people around the world can sign up and see magic in the first few minutes - try it yourself!
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Activation
Own the first mile user experience from signup to "aha" moment, including in-product onboarding, email campaigns, and the core first-run user experience. You'll introduce Gamma to millions of people every month.
Conversion
Own our pricing, offers, upsell, checkout, and retention strategy. You'll be running a rapidly-growing self-serve business representing millions in ARR.
Data
Own the metrics around our user lifecycle, from signup to conversion to growth across a team. You'll be an expert on our customer segments, behaviors, and the biggest opportunities for experimentation.
About you
Highly analyticalYou use data to deeply understand how your products work and how to measure success. You naturally quantify opportunities and think in experiments. You must be data self-sufficient: you can answer your own questions with SQL, build your own spreadsheet models, etc.
Entrepreneurial drive
You crave ownership and bring a strong sense of urgency to every project you touch. You've demonstrated an ability to achieve big goals in a fast-paced environment. You can turn ambiguous problems and messy metrics into a crisp roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance.
Product craft
You've shipped creative and highly successful self-serve products in B2B or consumer tech. You have experience partnering with top-tier designers and engineers to create magical UX.
Hands-on
We're a lean team where everyone builds. Strategy is not something you throw over a fence; it's something you put into practice with focused execution. You love challenging yourself to learn new skills and tools.
