The Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Growth Manager to drive our Top of Funnel (TOFU) marketing efforts and boost user growth. As the Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, increasing web traffic, and driving new sign-ups. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with expertise in performance marketing and knows what it takes to grow a startup. What you’ll do day-to-day:

Experiment across channels and tactics (growth-market-fit) to drive user growth, with efforts varying across SEO, content marketing, social media, and more.

Utilize data analytics and user insights to discover optimization opportunities throughout the marketing funnel, design effective experiments, and evaluate the impact and ROI of various marketing investments.

Manage and optimize our content marketing efforts (templates, blogs, social media), and build a growth infrastructure from scratch, including data analytics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design to develop innovative and high-impact growth initiatives, and identify and prioritize growth-specific product improvements.

About You

Proven experience (5+ years) in growth marketing, with a focus on user acquisition in the US market, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment, and hands-on experience in scaling new products. Bonus points if you’ve been a founder and/or spent time at a prosumer or consumer startup.

Strong analytical skills (ideally fluent in SQL) and expertise in using a comprehensive marketing tech stack.

Love being hands-on and getting creative, and know what it takes to scale owned and earned media (e.g. SEO, content, social media).

A fast learner and self-starter, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
