As a Senior Client Services Engineer, you will be the technical escalation point for all Client Service Engineers and Technicians. You will help engineer technical solutions, assist with day-to-day support operations, and drive projects to improve user experience and team efficiency. This role requires an individual to be highly technical, have exceptional problem-solving skills, and have strong communication and leadership skills. Our client services team members work onsite/ in-person, 5 days a week, in our Foster City office location.
