The Path Forward Return to Work program at Zoox is a 16-week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The Zoox Finance team is responsible for managing multiple aspects of our business, including maintaining short and long-term financial models, financial analysis of strategic initiatives and roadmap decisions, implementation of tools and processes to support decision-making, and much more.
As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting the AI and Autonomy groups, you will partner directly with several Zoox organizations to drive financial planning and provide direct analytical support to ensure efficient resource allocation. This will require a deep understanding of your business partners’ operations and spend drivers; establishing strong working relationships with executives, managers, and individual contributors across multiple departments; and utilizing available and building new systems and tools to establish robust financial models. The goal for this role is to drive decision-making through providing timely and actionable financial insights.
A successful candidate should be willing and able to work through ambiguity, understand the financial needs of your business partners, and utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize capital utilization.
